About the Role

We are seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong grants experience to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with organizational budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Analyze financial data to support strategic planning
Prepare internal financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
Support the annual budget process and quarterly forecast updates
Track and report on grant expenditures

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years of related experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with financial software
Solid understanding of fund accounting and grant budgeting
