Join the Olmo team working on open language models. Drive the development of Olmo and related frameworks, lead foundational research to advance generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to open source research environment
• Build artifacts and implement software systems
• Author and present scientific papers
• Collaborate with team members
• Mentor early-career researchers

Requirements

• PhD in NLP, ML, or related area
• Expertise in language models, reinforcement learning
• Ability to own and pursue research agenda
• Enthusiasm for collaboration
• Open-source contributions (a plus)
